Johnny Coyle 1932-2016

The Club is saddened to hear of the passing of legendary Hall of Famer Johnny Coyle. Johnny scored 112 goals in 132 appearances for United during the years of 1951 to 1957 including a remarkable 43 goals in 43 appearances during the 1955/56 B Division campaign. In 2009, Johnny was inducted into the Dundee United Hall of Fame and the thoughts of everyone at Tannadice are with his family at this difficult time.
