Dundee United can confirm Academy graduate Layton Bisland has joined Falkirk on loan for the remainder of the 2023/24 campaign, subject to SFA approval.
The right-back has been a mainstay with our B team throughout the past two seasons, whilst also enjoying various loan spells across the SPFL pyramid with Brechin City, Cowdenbeath and Peterhead.
Bisland, 19, now embarks on his first temporary stint in the third tier with the promotion-chasing Bairns as John McGlynn's side look to propel themselves back into the Championship at the fifth time of asking.
Everyone at Dundee United wishes Layton all the best for the rest of the season, and we look forward to his return to Tannadice next summer.
