DUFCW to Face Kilmarnock in SWPL Play-Off Final

Dundee United Women can today confirm that captain Danni McGinley has left the club to join Heart of Midlothian.
The 28-year-old attacker joined the club in January 2020 and spent over three years at the club, leading to the SWPL2 title in 2022.
Danni made 74 appearances during this time, with 73 starts and 1 sub appearance. She netted 60 goals while also grabbing 31 assists.
Her performances saw her win the SWPL2 Player of the Year award in our league-winning campaign as well as finishing top goalscorer for the division.
We would like to thank Danni for all her efforts while in a Dundee United shirt and wish her the best for her future.
