2024 CORPORATE GOLF DAY

We are inviting United fans to vote and choose their preferred candidate to join the five main supporters’ groups and represent United fans on the DUSG for the calendar year 2023.
You have the opportunity to select one of seven candidates - the two most popular will then be chosen to represent as part of the DUSG for 2023. The seven candidates are as follows:
Arthur Hayburn
I live and breathe tangerine. When we win it makes my week and when we lose it makes my week bad. I listen to the views of my fellow supporters and I am willing to represent their views.
Paul Sorrie
As a candidate, I feel I have time to listen to supporters’ views and work to communicate them to the club.
John Lindsay
I am a season ticket holder for over 20 years and go to most of the United games home and away. In the last year, I feel I have been a good link between supporters not affiliated with any supporters group and the club and would like to continue to help improve fan engagement.
Scott Brady
Being a Dundee United Football Club supporter means more to me than turning up for home games. Like every fan, it's part of my broader life and the conversations I have with colleagues, clients, and other supporters. I respect the views of supporters and I sincerely believe I have something unique to offer in providing useful feedback to the club that strikes a consistent balance between the aspirations for success and a realism that understands that success takes time and much patience. It would be a privilege to engage in this process as I have time to commit and contribute to a process that benefits fans' interaction with the club.
Jonathan Attenborough
As a visually impaired season ticket holder, I feel that I could add representation to the voices of Dundee United's disabled supporters.
Tracey McGavin
I have held a season ticket for 26 years; Dundee United is a big part of my life and are important to me. I have held various job positions in the customer service field and gathered a lot of communication skills. As a single mum of 3, I am not your typical football fan. This might enable a different group of supporters to approach me.
Sam Meek
I feel I would be a suitable candidate as I've been a United fan since the late-2000s, I attend every game home and away, and feel through attending games on the A90 Arabs supporters’ bus, and closely following social media feedback from United fans, I have my finger on the pulse of what the fans views are and can communicate this well. I'm also friends with people who have worked in the game so know some of the complexities at play, particularly with player recruitment.
Please select one candidate as your chosen representative and after we close the election on Sunday 19th February (7pm), we will announce the two candidates who have been selected to represent season ticket holders and the wider fanbase on the DUSG for 2023.
