LOGAN CHALMERS SIGNS CONTRACT EXTENSION

13th September 2019

Dundee United today announces that Academy graduate Logan Chalmers has signed a three-year contract extension with the Club.

The 19-year-old began his United career at the age of 10 and worked his way through the Academy system – attending the Scottish FA Performance School at St John’s High - signing his first professional contract with the Club in July 2016.

Logan made his United debut against Cowdenbeath in July 2017 at the age of 17 and has since played 13 competitive first team games. His first goal for the Club came in a last-minute winner against Linfield at Tannadice in the Challenge Cup. He has also played for Scotland at U15 and U17 level.

Brian Grant, Head of Player Pathway and Loans, said: “Logan has the potential to develop into a fantastic talent and the Club is looking forward to working with him to fulfil that potential.”
