NEW SEASON TICKET PAYMENT PLAN

Dundee United is pleased to confirm arrangements for a new payment plan option to allow supporters to spread the cost of their season ticket.

The new Dundee United Payment Plan will replace the provision previously offered by Zebra Finance who removed their finance service from the football market last month with immediate effect. 

We apologise to supporters for the wait but are confident that we have put together a good, new system in a very short time span.

The Dundee United Payment Plan is operated by the Club itself and works out cheaper for supporters. It is simple and hassle-free; there are no third parties and no credit checks.

Payments are spread out over a maximum of six months with an admin fee of 5% of the season ticket price, payable together with the first instalment of 25% of the season ticket price. The initial payment is followed by five monthly subsequent payments of 15% of the season ticket price. All price points, apart from the U12s, can make use of the payment plan.

By way of example, the instalments for an adult season ticket costing £279 work out £83.70 for the first payment (£69.75 representing 25% of the ticket price plus the 5% admin fee of £13.95) followed by five instalments of £41.85 each. Compared with the expired Zebra Finance Plan for the same amount, United fans save £5.35.

Supporters opting for the new payment plan can make their initial payment in person at the Ticket Centre or over the phone by calling (01382) 833166 option 1. The five ensuing instalments are payable by standing order and our helpful staff will be happy to assist customers in completing the requisite form provided by the Club.

The Dundee United Payment Plan will available to Dundee United fans from 12 noon on Thursday 2 May onwards. Supporters are reminded that the sales period deadline for securing season tickets at the lowest possible price is this Sunday, 5 May.

Ticket Centre opening hours ahead of the deadline are as follows:

Thursday 9am until 5pm
Friday 9am until 5pm
Saturday 9am until 1pm
Sunday 11am until 4pm
