UNITED END SIX-YEAR HEARTS ACHE

30th November 2003

A disappointing attendance of just over six thousand were treated to a rare United home win over visitors Hearts this afternoon. With the match taking place on Sunday due to the Tynecastle side's UEFA Cup tie on Thursday, Ian McCall fielded a side without Barry Robson who had felt unwell over the weekend. Mark Kerr started the match and Charlie Miller returned to the squad with a substitutes' berth.
