UNITED SIGN BULLOCK ON TWO-YEAR DEAL

27th June 2003

Dundee United today completed the signing of Ross County goalkeeper Tony Bullock on a two-year deal.

Ian McCall, Manager at Dundee United FC, said: "Obviously I had the opportunity to watch Tony when I was in the First Division with Falkirk. He is an excellent professional with superb potential. Again it was one of these deals that seemed to drag on for ages but I am pleased that everything has now been concluded."

McCall also confirmed: "We have decided to let Jamie McCunnie and David Winters go, and they go with our best wishes. It seems that Ross County will be signing them."

Ian McCall added, "The decision to let David go was made difficult by the fact that apart from the 10 days he trained with us at the end of last season following completion of his loan spell in Dingwall, I really hadn't had the chance to see him. If he progresses and gets a move to a bigger club, Dundee United are well protected, and it is obviously the same with Jamie McCunnie."
