UNITED’S HALF PRICE BONUS FOR SUPPORTERS

23rd April 2003

Dundee United fans are set to benefit from a half price offer for this Saturday's (26 April) crucial home game against Hibernian. Supporters who pay at the gate will find that prices have been slashed from £16 and £14 to £8 and £7 respectively. Juveniles (12 –18 years) and senior citizens will pay £4.50 and £4 compared to £9 and £8. Youngsters under 12 years of age and accompanied by an adult will only have to pay £1. Eddie Thompson, Chairman of Dundee United said, “It is vital that in our remaining games both at home and away we attract as large a supporters' base as possible. Every game between now and the end of the season is a cup final. “This half price offer is to encourage as many supporters as possible to come along on Saturday and give the team maximum backing. “Our core support have done a superb job in backing the team over the past few months and this is greatly appreciated by the Club. Now, I would call on other United supporters to get right behind the team by coming to Tannadice on Saturday and acting as our 12th man.”
