MATCH REPORT | A PROMOTION PARTY AT TANNADICE

Following the postponment of last week's match with Livingston, the United Under 21's were back in action following the winter break with St Johnstone the visitors. An attendance of just over one hundred spectators watched a 0-0 draw in a matched played in constant drizzle.
This was the young Tangerines first match of the 2002-2003 campaign where they haven't scored.
UNITED:COMBE, ALLUM, CUMMINGS, GARTLAND, MCCUNNIE (C), ANDERSON, CARSON, HUNTER, SMART, WADDELL, OGUNMADE SUBS: JARVIE, HARDIE, BELL, JARVIS, MCGOWAN.

The next match for the Under 21's is scheduled for next Monday when the Under 21's travel west to play Partick Thistle against whom they drew 1-1 earlier this season at Tannadice.
