Berti Vogts today announced his squad for the Iceland v Scotland European Qualifier to be played at Laugaralsvollur, Reykjavik on Saturday 12th October 2002 with a 2.00pm kick-off. Integral part of his selection for this crucial match are again United players Steven Thompson and Paul Gallacher.
The Scotland U-21 squad has also been announced, and Jamie McCunnie and Stuart Duff are in Rainer Bonhof's squad facing the Iceland outfit on 11th October at the Kaplakriki Stadium, Hafnarfjordur with a 3.30pm kick-off in the Under-21 qualifier for the European Championships. David McCracken is on standby.
